Doug & Annie Wing, Senior Pastor

Doug Wing grew up locally in Lynd, and graduated from Marshall High School. He attended college in Marshall and Brainerd before returning to Marshall to work for the Schwan Food Company and later at Ralco Nutrition where he's been VP of Operations for the last seven years. Doug and Annie met in 2001 and were married in September of 2003. They have three beautiful children; Jettison, Braelyn, and Deacon. Doug has served at Grace Life as a deacon, elder, youth coordinator, and is now the Senior Pastor. Doug and Annie's heart is to serve the Lord and help people connect with Jesus and walk in the gifts God has blessed them with.

 

Bernie & Judy Wing, Associate Pastor

 Bernie Wing is a native of this area. He and Judy are blessed parents of five grown children and proud grandparents to thirteen (and counting) grandchildren. Bernie became an elder at Church on the Hill in 1980. The church moved from Lynd to Marshall and changed the name to Grace Life Church in 1983 and Bernie became the Senior Pastor in 1986.  The senior pastor duties were released to Doug Wing in May 2011. Bernie will continue to serve the church in pastoral capacities. His passions are to see all men everywhere  come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and then to grow in the grace and transforming power of the Word and Holy Spirit.  His main goal is to live a life of loving people with the same love the Father demonstrated through the Son and to be an authentic Ambassador who will accurately portray the life of Jesus Christ to all encountered in daily life.  Bernie and Judy delight in the privilege to serve the body of Christ in this community. They strive to maintain the spirit of unity and seize the opportunities to build up and strengthen the body of Christ wherever possible.

Sarah Walker, Office Manager

Sarah became the office manager in spring 2011 after a few stints of volunteer help. She loves being a part of Grace Life Church where she was ‘raised’ as a young Christian and college student. Though she jokes that never imagined herself in a job that involved sitting in one spot all day, she loves being a part of what God is doing at GLC and being able to serve wherever needs arise. Her favorite part of the job is chatting with people as they stop by and being able to encourage others in their pursuit of the Lord… so stop in anytime!


Chad Beens, Building and Grounds

Chad has been the ‘building guy’ for as long as we have been at this location. Much maintenance and remodeling has been done to this famility that many call ”home”. He and his team do a great job keeping everything working and looking great! “Go out through the gates! Prepare the highway for my people to return! Smooth out the road; pull out the boulders; raise a flag for all the nations to see.” Isaiah 62:10
